BIG PROBLEM:
Paper ballots that clerks are offering as an alternative to waiting
in long lines DO NOT list any of the propositions to vote on, despite
the instructions saying in 4 languages, "Voting for Candidates and
Propositions."

Election clerks are not informing the voters of this when presenting
that option. I know this because I was in shock watching how the
clerks are managing this polling location. I can't believe that such
ballots can even be legal.

The lines are long and disorganized with people growing more
impatient as the lines grow while people are coming in to vote after
work. As I sat there waiting to vote, one of the voters was
interested in using the paper ballot because she was running out of
time, but when she found out it didn't have the propositions on it
she declined and left without voting at all. When I asked the clerk
if that is even legal to be presenting that option without all of
the propositions on it, she behaved as if I was crazy for even asking
such a question.

Seems very fraudulent to me.
