On Thursday, October 28th, Kristi Thibaut and her representatives were outside the polling location at Nottingham Park, located at Country Pl. Dr. and Kimberly Ln. I pulled into the parking lot, where they were blocking several parking spots near the front entrance to the building, placing signs, sitting in chairs and boldly wearing their t-shirts during the morning hours, at approximately 8:30am.
